I miss my “right now” posts I used to do at Xanga. They’re good because they’re like time capsules in life, an accurate representation to look back on.
…I’m listening to Rachael Yamagata’s new cd, of which I don’t care what anybody else says, I love. I have no idea what she’s singing about because I’ve only been using it for ambiance. And..drinking home-brewed coffee for the first time in ages. I think other people visiting me for a long time (brother was here, then sister, then parents) makes me lazy and retreated. Lucy’s climbing on my leg for pets. It’s a dreary day, kinda nice but I need to wash clothes so I have some pants to wear. Maybe I’ll wear a skirt and boots.
When I ate ice cream the other day, I just mashed up a cookie in the bowl. It was really good, because it was a chewy chocolate chip cookie I made at home. Just in case you were wondering.
